Jon Moody Memorial Camp Scholarship Application

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE FILLING OUT SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION. APPLYING FOR A CAMP SCHOLARSHIP DOES NOT MEAN YOU HAVE REGISTERED FOR CAMP.

Camp is an incredible spiritual experience in the lives of children and students.  We are glad that we can partner with parents to provide opportunities for camp scholarships.

All scholarship families will be asked to pay a minimum of HALF OF THE COST of camp and will be expected to make a $75 deposit upon registration in order to complete the scholarship process. This deposit will go towards the camp payment.

Potential recipients will be expected to participate in a minimum of one fundraising activity IF OFFERED by the church, but we encourage you to participate in as many as possible. 

Any scholarship candidate who cancels after May 1, 2025 will forfeit their non-refundable $75 camp deposit.

If you have more than one child attending camp with Chets, you may use this same application for all children.  Please list name, grade, and gender below.

Please fill out the entire form and submit it as soon as possible, no later than February 1, 2025.  Your application information is strictly confidential.
